China Town is bustling business area populated with thai-chinese setting in Thailand since the reign of King Rama V. The area is full of all kinds of shops especially restaurants.

Try the famous dish Stewed Lamb au Vin or with Chinese herbs. They serve good-quality and tender lamb meat that takes around 3-4 hours to roast and boil to get rid of the smell. It come in a clay pot dip made of ginger.

Each serving costs 200 Baht. Pork knuckies is also worth trying. The pork is tender and lean. You can order a la carte that come with rice or just a separate dish will do.
