1. สนับสนุนการบริการรักษาพยาบาลแก่ผู้ป่วยของคณะแพทยศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัย เชียงใหม่ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งผู้ป่วยที่ยากจน
2. ภิกษุสามเณรและนักบวชทุกศาสนา สนับสนุนการศึกษา การวิจัยและสวัสดิการของนักศึกษา ข้าราชการ พนักงาน และลูกจ้างของคณะ แพทยศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่
3. จัดหาวัสดุอุปกรณ์ทางการแพทย์และเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัย บำรุงรักษาสิ่งก่อสร้างและสิ่งแวด ล้อมในบริเวณคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่
4. ดำเนินการเพื่อสาธารณประโยชน์ หรือร่วมมือกับองค์การการกุศลอื่นๆ
5. ให้การพัฒนาบุคลากรทุกระดับอย่างเป็นระบบของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่
6. ไม่ดำเนินการเกี่ยวข้องกับการเมืองแต่ประการใด
